很多朋友在安装、使用卷帘门时，经常会遇到一些故障，又不知道是什么原因造成的，也不知道该如何维修，本期文章就说说卷帘门常见的故障和维修方法。再说故障原因和方法之前，跟各位科普一下卷帘门的大致构造，早期的机械式卷帘门由帘板、座板、导轨、支座、卷轴、箱体、控制箱、卷门机、限位器、门楣、手动速放开关装置、按钮开关和保险装置等组成。而容易出故障的位置就是导轨、卷轴、帘板这三项，如果是电动卷帘门，那么卷门机、控制箱等部位也有可能会出现故障，咱们以机械卷帘门为例，说说它的一些故障原因和解决方法。

If it is an electric rolling shutter door, the rolling machine, control box, and other parts may also experience malfunctions. Taking mechanical rolling shutter doors as an example, let's talk about some of its causes and solutions.

　　一、导轨故障正常来讲，无论是哪一种卷帘门，两边的导轨内部都是有一层“磨擦条”存在的，这层摩擦条的作用是避免帘板与导轨摩擦而存在的。当卷帘门无法上拉、下拉时，要检查的就是导轨的摩擦条。摩擦条属于易消耗品，经常推拉卷帘门会导致摩擦条损耗，如果没有了摩擦条，卷帘门会跟导轨直接接触，就会出现卷帘门无法上拉、下拉的故障。遇到这种情况，直接去购买摩擦条更换即可，如果自己不会更换，可以给安装厂家打电话，让其帮忙售后。

　　1、 Normally speaking, regardless of the type of rolling shutter door, there is a layer of "friction strip" inside the guide rails on both sides. The purpose of this friction strip is to prevent friction between the curtain plate and the guide rail. When the rolling shutter door cannot be pulled up or down, the first thing to check is the friction strip of the guide rail. Friction strips are consumables, and frequent pushing and pulling of rolling shutter doors can cause wear and tear on the friction strips. Without friction strips, the rolling shutter door will come into direct contact with the guide rail, resulting in the failure of the rolling shutter door to be pulled up or down. In this situation, simply purchase friction strips for replacement. If you are unable to replace them yourself, you can call the installation manufacturer for assistance with after-sales service.

　　二、卷轴故障卷轴除了负责将帘板卷起之外，它才存在一个隐性的拉力，有一些高档的卷帘门内部会有一个弹簧片存在，主要作用是对帘板施加一个力，禁止卷帘门在关闭的时候弹起，在打开的时候下落。当卷帘门的卷轴出现问题时、弹簧片断裂后，卷帘门就会出现两种故障，卷帘门开启时会自动下落，自动下落时又会自动弹起。遇到这种情况，就直接将卷帘门的控制箱打开，查看弹簧片是否断裂或脱落，断裂了就直接更换，脱落了再将其挂回原位即可。

　　2、 In addition to being responsible for rolling up the curtain panel, the faulty scroll also has an implicit pulling force. Some high-end rolling shutter doors have a spring plate inside, which mainly applies force to the curtain panel, preventing the rolling shutter door from popping up when closed and falling when opened. When there is a problem with the roller of the rolling shutter door or when the spring plate breaks, the rolling shutter door will have two types of faults. When the rolling shutter door is opened, it will automatically fall down, and when it falls down automatically, it will automatically pop up again. In this situation, simply open the control box of the rolling shutter door and check if the spring plate is broken or detached. If it is broken, replace it directly, and if it is detached, hang it back in place.

　　三、帘板故障以彩钢条制作的卷帘门为例，卷帘门的帘板是由多块彩钢条压制成特制的形状，然后互相拼接在一起的，然后使用铆钉、固定条等将帘板固定在特定的位置里。当帘板出现故障时，比如固定条磨损严重、铆钉脱落等，就会造成帘板断裂、变形、扭曲的情况，导致卷帘门无法正常使用。遇到这种情况，可以直接在松动的卷帘门上打孔，然后重新使用铆钉枪进行固定，然后再更换两边的固定条即可，也可以直接更换变形的帘板，然后再固定。

　　3、 Taking the example of a rolling shutter door made of colored steel bars, the curtain plate of the rolling shutter door is made of multiple colored steel bars pressed into a specially designed shape, then spliced together, and fixed in a specific position using rivets, fixing strips, etc. When the curtain panel malfunctions, such as severe wear of the fixing strip or rivet detachment, it can cause the curtain panel to break, deform, or twist, resulting in the inability of the rolling shutter door to function properly. In this situation, you can directly drill holes on the loose rolling shutter door, then use a rivet gun to fix it again, and then replace the fixing strips on both sides, or you can directly replace the deformed curtain panel and fix it again.

　　题外话：不过现在有很多卷帘门都是电动的，与器械卷帘门不同的是，它额外配置了电机、电机导轨、遥控设备等。这类卷帘门出现故障的原因比机械卷帘门更加复杂，不建议个人用户自行维修。
