　　故障原因继电器(接触器)触点粘死、行程微动开关失效 或触片变形、滑块紧定螺钉松、靠板螺丝松使靠板移位，使滑块或螺母不能随丝 杆转动而移动、限位器传动齿轮破损、按钮上、下键卡死。
