　　卷帘门底部的密封胶条与帘片接触部位是锈蚀 “重灾区”。济南地势南高北低，部分低洼区域的商铺卷帘门底部易积水，密封胶条老化后，雨水会从缝隙渗入帘片底部。尤其是夜间温度下降时，水汽在金属表面凝结，形成持续潮湿环境。底部帘片的卷边结构会成为积水槽，济南秋季的露水会加剧这一问题，导致底部 30 厘米范围内的帘片内侧出现大面积锈蚀，表现为漆膜起泡、脱落，露出红褐色锈层。

　　与地面直接接触的导轨基座也易生锈。济南老城区的部分建筑地面未做硬化处理，导轨基座直接埋入泥土中，雨季时土壤中的水分会持续侵蚀基座金属。即使是硬化地面，若排水不畅，雨水夹带的泥沙会在基座周围形成淤积，使基座长期处于湿润状态。冬季融雪时，地面残留的融雪剂会随水分渗透到基座，氯离子引发的锈蚀速度是普通雨水的 3 倍以上。
