济南卷帘门易生锈部位解析

  济南的温带季风气候给卷帘门带来了特殊的锈蚀考验 —— 夏季的高湿度与雨水、冬季的寒风与融雪盐分,再加上春秋季的昼夜温差,使得金属卷帘门的防锈能力面临多重挑战。卷帘门的锈蚀并非均匀发生,而是集中在特定结构部位,这些部位的共性在于易积存水分、发生摩擦或防护层易破损,结合济南的气候特点,其生锈规律呈现明显的区域性特征。

  The temperate monsoon climate in Jinan has brought special corrosion tests to rolling shutter doors - high humidity and rain in summer, cold wind and melting salt in winter, coupled with the temperature difference between day and night in spring and autumn, make the rust prevention ability of metal rolling shutter doors face multiple challenges. The rusting of rolling shutter doors does not occur uniformly, but is concentrated in specific structural parts. The commonality of these parts is that they are prone to moisture accumulation, friction, or damage to the protective layer. Combined with the climate characteristics of Jinan, their rusting patterns show obvious regional characteristics.

  卷帘门的卷轴与导轨连接的缝隙是锈蚀高发区。济南夏季多雨,雨水顺着帘片间隙渗入卷轴轴承座,若排水孔堵塞,积水会在缝隙中长期滞留。尤其是老式卷帘门的卷轴与端板焊接处,焊接点的高温会破坏原有的镀锌层,形成电化学腐蚀的起点。当空气湿度超过 70%(济南梅雨季常达 85% 以上),缝隙中的水分会成为电解质,加速钢铁基材的氧化,初期表现为焊点周围出现棕红色锈迹,若不处理则逐渐向整个卷轴蔓延。

If the drainage holes are blocked, the accumulated water will remain in the gaps for a long time. Especially at the welding point between the scroll and end plate of the old-fashioned rolling shutter door, the high temperature of the welding point will damage the original galvanized layer, forming the starting point of electrochemical corrosion. When the air humidity exceeds 70% (often reaching over 85% during the rainy season in Jinan), the moisture in the gaps will become electrolytes, accelerating the oxidation of the steel substrate. Initially, it manifests as brownish red rust around the welding points, which gradually spreads throughout the entire roll if not treated.

When rainwater infiltrates, sand and moisture mix to form a paste like substance, which not only hinders coating adhesion but also accelerates metal oxidation. For spliced curtain panels, the contact area between the gasket of the connecting bolt and the curtain panel is particularly susceptible to corrosion. The small gaps at the edge of the gasket can become "water traps", which continue to cause corrosion in the humid weather of Jinan.

  卷帘门的导轨内侧是活动部件中易生锈的部位。每天的开关操作使帘片与导轨反复摩擦,济南冬季的干燥空气会加剧金属间的磨损,导致导轨内侧的涂层逐渐剥落。而融雪时若有盐分溅到导轨(尤其临街商铺),盐分中的氯离子会穿透残留涂层,与钢铁发生反应,形成点状锈蚀。这些锈迹会进一步增大摩擦阻力,使开关过程中产生更多划痕,形成 “磨损 — 锈蚀 — 更严重磨损” 的恶性循环。

If salt splashes onto the guide rails (especially street facing shops) during snow melting, the chloride ions in the salt will penetrate the residual coating and react with the steel, forming spot rust. These rust stains will further increase the frictional resistance, causing more scratches during the switching process, forming a vicious cycle of "wear rust more severe wear".

Whether it is a torsion spring or a coil spring, the contact between the fixed end pin and the bearing is prone to cracking of the coating due to long-term exposure to torque forces, becoming a breakthrough point for corrosion. Especially during the rainy months of July and August in Jinan, if not maintained in a timely manner, obvious rust spots may appear in just two weeks, affecting the elasticity coefficient of the spring.

  底部与地面接触区域

  卷帘门底部的密封胶条与帘片接触部位是锈蚀 “重灾区”。济南地势南高北低,部分低洼区域的商铺卷帘门底部易积水,密封胶条老化后,雨水会从缝隙渗入帘片底部。尤其是夜间温度下降时,水汽在金属表面凝结,形成持续潮湿环境。底部帘片的卷边结构会成为积水槽,济南秋季的露水会加剧这一问题,导致底部 30 厘米范围内的帘片内侧出现大面积锈蚀,表现为漆膜起泡、脱落,露出红褐色锈层。

  The contact area between the sealing strip at the bottom of the rolling shutter door and the curtain is a severely corroded area. The terrain of Jinan is high in the south and low in the north. In some low-lying areas, the bottom of the rolling shutter doors of shops is prone to water accumulation. After the sealing strip ages, rainwater will seep into the bottom of the curtain through the gaps. Especially when the temperature drops at night, water vapor condenses on the metal surface, forming a continuously humid environment. The rolled edge structure of the bottom curtain will become a water accumulation groove, and the autumn dew in Jinan will exacerbate this problem, causing extensive rusting on the inside of the curtain within 30 centimeters of the bottom, manifested as blistering and peeling of the paint film, exposing a reddish brown rust layer.

  与地面直接接触的导轨基座也易生锈。济南老城区的部分建筑地面未做硬化处理,导轨基座直接埋入泥土中,雨季时土壤中的水分会持续侵蚀基座金属。即使是硬化地面,若排水不畅,雨水夹带的泥沙会在基座周围形成淤积,使基座长期处于湿润状态。冬季融雪时,地面残留的融雪剂会随水分渗透到基座,氯离子引发的锈蚀速度是普通雨水的 3 倍以上。

Some buildings in the old city area of Jinan have not undergone hardening treatment, and the guide rail base is directly buried in the soil. During the rainy season, the water in the soil will continue to erode the metal of the base. Even if the ground is hardened, if the drainage is not smooth, the sediment carried by rainwater will form sedimentation around the base, keeping the base in a moist state for a long time. During winter snow melting, residual snow melting agents on the ground will penetrate into the base with water, and the corrosion rate caused by chloride ions is more than three times that of ordinary rainwater.
