测量尺寸：准确测量门洞的宽度、高度和深度，确保卷闸门的尺寸与安装位置相匹配。检查电源：确认安装位置是否有电源接入，电动卷闸门需要稳定的电源。

Measurement size: Accurately measure the width, height, and depth of the door opening to ensure that the size of the roller shutter matches the installation position. Check power supply: Confirm if there is a power supply connected to the installation location. The electric roller shutter requires a stable power supply.

清理现场：安装前清理安装位置的杂物，确保安装过程顺利。

Cleaning the site: Clean up the debris at the installation location before installation to ensure a smooth installation process.

（二）安装过程中的注意事项

轨道安装：轨道安装牢固，垂直度偏差应控制在3mm/m以内。

Track installation: The track installation should be firm, and the verticality deviation should be controlled within 3mm/m.

电机安装：根据门体大小选择适配的电机功率。例如，10-20㎡的门体选用800W电机，20-30㎡的门体需要1000W电机。

Motor installation: Select the appropriate motor power based on the size of the door. For example, a door with an area of 10-20 square meters requires an 800W motor, while a door with an area of 20-30 square meters requires a 1000W motor.

限位开关：安装限位开关时，要确保其位置准确，避免门体运行超出轨道。

Limit switch: When installing the limit switch, make sure its position is accurate to avoid the door running beyond the track.

装置：安装急停按钮和光电装置，确保在紧急情况下能够及时停止门体运行。

Safety device: Install emergency stop button and safety photoelectric device to ensure that the door can be stopped in a timely manner in case of emergency.

（三）安装后的验收

运行测试：连续开关门体100次，确保运行平稳无故障。

Running test: Continuously open and close the door 100 times to ensure smooth and fault free operation.

噪音测试：门体运行噪音应控制在65分贝以下。

Noise test: The operating noise of the door should be controlled below 65 decibels.

遥控测试：遥控距离应达到30米以上，信号稳定。

Remote control test: The remote control distance should be over 30 meters and the signal should be stable.

密封性测试：检查门体底部密封条与地面的间隙，确保密封良好。

Sealing test: Check the gap between the bottom sealing strip of the door and the ground to ensure good sealing.
