Rolling shutter door control box is the core part of the whole fireproof rolling shutter door technology, which affects the whole fireproof linkage system. Here, we will introduce the wiring precautions of the fire shutter door control box: first, please refer to the wiring diagram of the junction box to understand the function and wiring requirements of each terminal, and then conduct the wiring correctly.

After confirming that the wiring is correct, use a 500V megohmmeter or vibrator to test the insulation resistance; it is required to connect the terminals of the power connector motor to the chassis, and the mutual insulation resistance value is not less than 300m Ω; if the insulation resistance meets the requirements, the power debugging can be carried out. Turn on the power and check whether the "normal" indicator is on.

If it does not light up (the control loop is dead), change any two phases in the power cord; otherwise, change the power cord. Manually control the up, down, stop and limit switches of the rolling door. In the case of no fire, press the "up" button, the rolling door should fall; press the "stop" button, the rolling door should stop running.

There may be differences between the top and bottom during the test run. In this case, you only need to change the three-phase wiring of the two hoists. Then try to determine whether the position corresponding to the direction of operation is effective (touching the micro switch by hand). When the function does not work, the limit line should be replaced; then the position of the travel switch is adjusted to open and close the fire shutter door.
