　　三、增加防火卷帘防遮挡报警功能：

　　防火卷帘在使用过程中被物品遮挡的情况比较常见，在故障原因中占40%，虽然在管理措施上有人员巡查，现场有“禁止在卷帘下堆放物品”的标志，但由于人流和物流是动态的，防火卷帘随时有可能被物品遮挡，一旦此时发生火灾，防火卷帘不能有效降落，起不到防火分隔作用。对于这样一个重要的故障环节，应当加强措施，预先防范并报警。建议在防火卷帘上安装防遮挡报警装置，只要防火卷帘下有物品就发出警报。报警装置设5S的延时，当人和物在5S中内通过卷帘下时不会报警，遮挡探测方法可以采用红外线探测方法，报警装置经研究定型后纳入防火卷帘产品技术规范。如果这个技术措施能够实施，将会显著提高防火卷帘的可靠性
