现场实操测试启闭运行状态是关键步骤。手动拉动拉链，卷帘升降顺畅无卡顿、异响、跑偏，上下限位到位，不会出现冲顶或坠地故障。通电测试电控启停，远程信号可正常触发卷帘下落，下落速度保持在规范区间，过快易撞击损毁，过慢延误防火阻隔时机。具备自重下降功能的产品，断电后依靠自重平稳闭合。

On site practical testing of the opening and closing operation status is a key step. Manually pulling the zipper ensures smooth lifting and lowering of the roller blind without any lag, abnormal noise, or deviation. The upper and lower limits are in place, and there will be no toppling or falling faults. Power on test of electronic control start stop, remote signal can trigger the roller shutter to fall normally, and the falling speed should remain within the standard range. If it is too fast, it is easy to collide and damage it, and if it is too slow, it will delay the timing of fire prevention and barrier. Products with self weight reduction function can smoothly close by relying on their own weight after power failure.

非常后核对产品相关标识与阻燃性能。合规产品门板标注规格型号、防火标识、执行标准编号，相关出厂检测资料齐全。简易阻燃测试中，帘面不易持续明火燃烧，离开火源后能够自行熄焰。无标识、缺少出厂检验资料的产品大多未通过型式检验，无法满足消防验收要求。严格落实逐项检测，能有效规避劣质产品投入安装使用。

Finally, verify the product's relevant labeling and flame retardant performance. Compliant product door panels are labeled with specifications, models, fire safety labels, and implementation standard numbers, and relevant factory inspection data are complete. In the simple flame retardant test, the curtain surface is not easy to sustain open flame combustion and can extinguish the flame on its own after leaving the fire source. Most products without labeling and lacking factory inspection data have not passed the type inspection and cannot meet the fire safety acceptance requirements. Strictly implementing item by item testing can effectively prevent inferior products from being installed and used.
